“Caribbean Soul” is our unique dining experience, sophisticated and richly appointed, and the perfect place to enjoy the eclectic mix of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables and array of meats, fresh seafood and fine wines to appeal to the most discerning connoisseur.  Outside, our open-air Courtyard is ideal for cocktail receptions, parties and weddings.

This restaurant offers traditional Guyanese flavors and international dishes that will both remind you of home and treat your tastebuds. The dining environment provides seating in air-conditioned and breezy outdoor areas. Along with our impressive dishes you can try our delicious drinks, cocktails and local beer. We always use fresh ingredients for our menu and the restaurant is open 7am-11pm daily.

Caribbean Soul sits alongside the Poolside Bar which also has its own outdoor dining area.
