  • Check out time: 11 a.m. (1100 hrs) and before

Please note that early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Please contact our Front Desk to make arrangements.

Breakfast

A continental breakfast buffet is offered to our guests daily. This can either be purchased separately or as part of your room booking. In addition, a full breakfast menu is available in our restaurant with more substantial options.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the source of booking (direct, website, online agency). Please note your confirmation e-mail or call Grand Coastal for clarity.

Individual (5 rooms or less)

  • No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 36 hours prior to intended arrival.
  • 100% of room’s deposit* if cancelled less than 36 hours prior to intended arrival.

Group (5 rooms or more)

  • No cancellation fee, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to intended arrival.
  • 100% of rooms’ deposit* if cancelled less than 30 days prior to intended arrival.

Corporate Individuals** (5 rooms or less)

  • No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to intended arrival.
  • 50% of room’s deposit* if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to intended arrival.

Corporate Groups** (5 rooms or More)

  • No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 14 days prior to intended arrival.
  • 50% of rooms’ deposit* if cancelled less than 14 days prior to intended arrival.
*Deposit is typically equivalent of the first night’s fee plus taxes.
**Corporate clients can benefit from management discretion on cancellations based on situation.
