Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and common areas. Performs tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and restocking amenities. Addresses specific guest requests, reports damages or malfunctions and adheres to the hotel's housekeeping protocols. Requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Clean and arrange guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the supervisor
Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety
Perform any other duties assigned within the position's scope
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a professional office setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrates a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
