There is free wireless internet across the hotel. Please ask a front desk staff restaurant server for the passport if not provided during check-in. To preserve the bandwidth, some HQ video streaming have been capped.
GCH has a strict no-smoking policy on hotel grounds. Based on government regulations, we cannot permit smoking in rooms nor shared public spaces where food and drinks are served.
Anyone found to be smoking or having smoked in a room will be subject to a fine of $100 US. You are permitted to smoke outside of the hotel once further than 16 feet from any entrances.
We regularly spray with family grade insecticides to keep all our local pests at bay. However, since we are a tropical country, mosquitos and sand flies are common.
Your windows are equipped with mesh, but your door is not. Please keep them closed at all times. The front desk has repellent for sale should you need.
Free public parking is located on the western side of the hotel. This area is patrolled and monitored by our security. Please do not allow your valuables to be visible in your vehicle. If you leave valuables in your vehicle, please secure them.
