While other members of our team handle room blocks, logistics, and event coordination, Narissa is your go-to for anything related to account handling and finance — so your organization can focus on productivity, not paperwork.

Upon your online application, we will review it to ensure it meets the criteria for becoming a corporate client. These criteria include creditworthiness, good references, and years in business.
Once approved, a DocuSign contract containing all our terms and conditions will be sent to your main point of contact.

After it's signed, a package with corporate rates will be created for your company. You can then start using the hotel as usual. Our team will charge your account and invoice you at your chosen intervals.

After we submit an invoice, you have approximately 30 days to complete payment using a credit card, cheque, or wire transfer.
